💡 Ideas to help make your mess feel a little less crazy 💡


✨ tidy up 1 small area – kitchen, countertop, office desk. Clutter stresses us out and distracts us!
✨ feeling overwhelmed? Brain dump on paper and circle TOP 3. Then start with 1 right away!
✨ take a walk to clear your head or process. Movement does wonders for our mental health!
✨ ASK FOR HELP! Seriously- do it! Delegate to help lighten your load.
✨ 5 minute dance break to boost your energy! ⚡️💃🏼

These are great short term options to help today! However, you also need a long term game plan.

I recommend sitting down and analyzing current life chaos and also acknowledging how you might change some of it. It cannot all be changed, but there are things you can do to help you MANAGE your mess a little better!

For me, that looked like this ⭐️⭐️⭐️:

-therapy to help me process life

-started a morning routine for me time

-daily movement.

These things help my MINDSET which powers me through the mess, chaos, hard days and also really enjoy the calm. ❤️
