52 Weeks of Mail: Week 39 | Threaded Heart Thank You Note Card

Grab your paper, thread and needles to send out this adorable Thank You notecard.  Week #39 was inspired by these adorable threaded paper goods.  I grabbed my prettiest pink thread and started sewing hearts onto my notecards.  Keep scrolling for more photos and a quick step by step guide below.

Quick Step-by-Step:

1. Print on paper first
2. Cut to size
3. Draw design on scrap piece of paper
4. Poke holes along design or words with pushpin
5. Use scrap paper design as template; place on paper, trace dot design, then punch holes
6. Thread needle
7. Sew away (start with not on backside of paper)

Tip: Trial and error on scrap paper first; you’ll end up back tracking to get your entire design covered with thread. I followed 23 Delight’s tutorial, but found my own technique after a few tries.
